Listening to Music is Good For You:
Everyone loves listening to music and
today there are genres for everyone. We know that music makes us feel good
listening to it and can put us in a better mood, but did you know that
scientists are now discovering that music can do more for you than to simply
lift your mood?
Music can:

Improve
your work out by increasing endurance.
2.
Reduce
memory loss - Music can help patients
remember tunes or songs and get in touch with their history.
3.
Reduce stress – Listening
to music can reduce stress, so if you are feeling a little overwhelmed with
work or studies, put on your favourite playlist and see how much better you’ll
feel.
4.
Reduce anxiety.
5.
Increase your physical
activity if you’re dancing.
There are many more benefits to talk about, but the main point
here is that listening to music really is good for you and can definitely lift
your mood and make you feel better.
